Business policy
How we work with families
The terms we work by — payment, refunds, cancellations, group size and conduct. Please read these before enrolling.

Payment terms
- Pay-as-you-go: payment is due at or before each session. Sessions are not confirmed until paid.
- Weekly prepayment: payment is due before the relevant week begins, in exchange for a 5% discount.
- Full course prepayment: payment is due before the course start date, in exchange for a 10% discount.
- All prices are quoted in Thai baht. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at enrolment.
Refund policy
- Pay-as-you-go: no refund needed — payment only covers sessions already attended.
- Missed or no-show sessions are non-refundable. Makeup sessions may be offered at the tutor's discretion, subject to availability.
- Tutor-cancelled sessions are always rescheduled or credited in full, with no fee to the student.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Students and parents must notify the tutor at least 12–24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Up to 2 free cancellations with that prior notice — no medical certificate needed.
- Cancellations made with less notice are treated as a no-show and forfeit the session.
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions for tutor illness, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.
Group size
- Group sizes range from 2 to 5 students per buffet-style class. Per-student rates decrease as the group grows.
- Private (1-on-1) tutoring is offered at a premium hourly rate above the group minimum.
- We reserve the right to adjust group composition if enrolment numbers change, with advance notice to affected students.
Attendance & conduct
- Students are expected to arrive on time; persistent lateness may shorten the session without a fee adjustment.
- Respectful behaviour is expected from all students during sessions.
- We reserve the right to decline further enrolment for repeated disruptive conduct, without refund of remaining sessions.
Changes to this policy
- As a newly established business, these policies may be revised as we grow. Enrolled students are notified of any material change in advance.
- The most current version of this policy always applies to new enrolments.
These policies protect the stability of a young business while staying fair and transparent to students and parents. They will be revisited as we build a track record.
